Pick-Up Info
Click & Collect — how it works
All merchandise is ordered online and collected in person at the venue on the evening of the show. There is no shipping.
⚠️ Ticket holders only
The pick-up point is located inside the venue. You need a valid ticket for that night's show to reach it. Without a ticket you cannot collect your order. Please do not order if you are not attending the show.

Merkurplatz 1, 40474 Düsseldorf
Pick-up point: West concourse (Umgriffsfläche West), Level 0 — directly opposite the arena floor entrance.

Follow the signs for “Umgriffsfläche West” once you are inside the venue.
When
Online shop: 09:00–21:00 on each show day.
Pick-up: 17:30–23:00 on the same evening.
Your order can only be collected on the day you place it. Orders are not carried over to another show date.
Choosing your pick-up time
In the cart you select a 30-minute pick-up window. The colour tells you how busy that window usually is:
- 🟢 20:00–22:00 — quiet. The show is running, there is almost no queue. This is the fastest option and we recommend it.
- 🟡 17:30–20:00 — busy. Everyone arrives before the show, so expect to wait.
- 🔴 22:00–23:00 — very busy. The show has ended and everybody leaves at the same time. Expect long queues.
A time window closes for booking 30 minutes before it starts, so the list gets shorter as the evening goes on. Please arrive within the window you selected — your order is prepared for that time.
At the pick-up point
Have your “Ready for pick-up” email open on your phone — it contains a QR code and your order number. Your order is handed over during your selected window.
